Vincent Moiso is the Founder and President of VIS Aspire Inc. He is also a Principal and President of Oceanside Glass & Tile, recently acquiring two companies, moving operations to their plant in Baja California. He has been instrumental in helping the business almost double its revenue through acquisition and new business opportunities. Vincent has consulted for more than a dozen businesses, advising on everything from organizational structure, sales and marketing strategy, to hiring and retaining key employees.
Fifteen years of his business career was spent as a Principal and Vice President in an international tile and stone manufacturing and distribution firm. While there, he grew revenue over 400% and opened three company-owned retail showrooms. He also developed a high-level marketing and merchandising plan that can still be seen in over 300 retailers across the country.
With an MBA from California State University, Fullerton and a BA from the University of San Diego, Vincent also teaches B2B Content Marketing at his alma mater where he serves as a Director on the Alumni Board of Directors for the University. He is a passionate individual that believes integrity is at the heart of any great success story and is dedicated to driving others to their vision of success.
Nico is a business development and finance professional with significant experience in the financial services industry. After graduating with a degree in finance from the University of San Diego, Nico has worked in the insurance and wealth management spaces allowing him to gain a well-rounded understanding of the needs of business owners and individuals. His education and experience are a valuable asset in helping businesses evaluate new opportunities.
Kendyll is an experienced executive business administrator with background in both business development and financial spaces. She recently was accepted into a competitive Master's program at the University of California, Irvine for Innovation and Entrepreneurship within The Paul Merage School of Business. Kendyll has a demonstrated history of assisting businesses and their owners with marketing, operations, growth, and sustainability efforts.
